Have problems with Satellite Motor?
Hi, recently I want to add west satellites [Below 0 Degrees i.e 0.8w] and I have the option to swing left or right which I swang right for west but I couldnt pick up any west satellites, neither Thor, Amos or Atlantic Bird. I picked many satellites including Hotbird Astra Yahsat even Turksat & Eurobird 4A which is the last close to 0 Degrees Ku Band Satellite.
The Thing is that I have searched satellites which are Ku Band from 4.1 E to 53E till now as my motor can go maybe more. But it has a space to move to west till the tilt maybe of Atlantic Bird 2 or Express AM44. The east satellites are all good and even in better reception even other crucial beams like Astra & Eurobird at 28.2E. By the Way I live in Malta if any required information on that. Thanks
Possibly due to the footprint( signal range) for your location, and the size of your dish. There are limitations.
