Receiver Sat
Digital Audio In not working?
I have a Sony KDL46S4100, a PS3, and a Pioneer Elite VSX-41 receiver. Sat and PS3 are hooked up to TV using HDMI cable and I'm trying to get sound to receiver from TV by way of Digital Audio Cables with no luck.
You should have an optical digital cable from the TV's digital OUT running to the receiver's digital IN. Make sure that the optical input is assigned to the proper source on the receiver (TV/SAT) and that the signal source is set to digital (not analog). You can do this by pressing the signal select button on your receiver or remote.
