What pressure do you run CO2 into a new keg of carlton draught.?
we just bourght a co2 regulator, fridge,c.u.b coupler,lines,co2 bottle and taps for our keg. what pressure do you run the co2 into the carlton draught kegs?
I wouldn't run it over 5 lbs. When the beer starts to get a little flat run the pressure up to 25 lbs and shake the keg for 15 seconds. then relieve the pressure back to 5 lbs.
