How to also hook up the PS3 I'm getting?
I have a VERY old TV in my room, and currently have an antenna hooked up to a digital converter box hooked up to my TV. The TV only has one coaxial port and nothing else. My friend brought over his PS3 and I plugged it in to a old VHS and DVD player that won't play anymore. I plugged in component cable to the VHS/DVD player and the output is a coaxial cable. I had to unplug the coaxial from the digital converter box, and plug in the coaxial cable from the VHS/DVD player. How could I have both plugged in? Like could I use a coaxial cable splitter and turn off on device and turn on the other so only one feeds into the splitter and instead of splitting the signal, combining it, but only using one at a time? How else could I do this without buying a new TV?
Lance, I still can, but I'll just have to switch back and forth between antenna, and PS3.
haha u cant play
